Sense of Place - Project 4 (Four)

 

Artist's Statement

This sense of place assignment has a special place in my heart. Every single one of these places has strong memories from my childhood, such as my grandparent's house #801. Some of the places I photographed I did not end up printing, but they're all equal to me. At the end of the day, this sense of place assignment was incredibly fun and meaningful to me, being able to go back to places throughout my childhood and photograph them for good. Sadly, there were some places from my past that no longer exist, so I couldn't photograph them. But with the ones that got lucky, I'm incredibly grateful.
